Nile’s George Kollias, Hate Eternal’s Derek Roddy, Cynic and Death drummer Sean Reinert, Intronaut’s Danny Walker and Navene Koperweis of Animals As Leaders will all be at the camp, which will be held the first week in October. If only Chris Adler were there too — it’d be the best clinic camp ever.
The camp — which will be held in Northern California, about an hour north of San Francisco — will also feature guest appearances by other well-known players.
Sick Drummer Camp will include group clinics, daily workshops, small group master classes with each drummer, live performances, individual time with each drummer, and group jam sessions.
But beyond that, the camp also promises “indoor go-kart racing and black light miniature golf,” a casino night (for those over 21), a gourmet pizza night, and a “wine tasting with George Kollias (21 and over), and a special private performance by either Cynic or Animals As Leaders.”
